Events

The annual programme of scholarly and research events “Discovering Dalmatia”, organised by the Institute of Art History – Cvito Fisković Centre in Split, in collaboration with the Split City Museum and the Museum of Fine Arts, is taking place this year for the eleventh time, from 8 to 13 December.

Presentation of the VANIS Information System: Visual Artists Networks Information System will be held on Monday, 15 December 2025 at 5 PM at the Institute of Art History.

Prof. Miles Glendinning will deliver a public lecture on Wednesday, December 3, 2025 at 11 a.m. at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of Zagreb, in Hall 7 (Ivana Lučića 3, ground floor).

Conference will be held on October 16 and 17, 2025 at the University Computing Center (SRCE) in Zagreb.

Dr Ana Šverko participates in the new COST Action that has been accepted in June 2025.

As part of the HEPHAESTUS project, the summer school “Hvar Fortress – Adriatic Cultural Heritage Route: Digital Documentation Techniques” was held on Hvar from 21 to 27 July 2025.

The annual international conference Discovering Dalmatia XI will be held in Split from 11 till 13 December 2025.

The international research workshop will be held from 22 to 24 May 2025 in Split, as part of the project Travelogues Dalmatia.

A research workshop organized by Emeritus Joško Belamarić will be held in Dubrovnik on May 13th and 14^th 2025.

As part of the HRZZ project Travelogues Dalmatia the student workshop will be held on April 25, 2025 at the University of Dubrovnik.

Call for papers for international conference to be held in Zagreb 9 – 10 October 2025 under the project ARHZAG, supported by the Croatian Science Foundation.
