Interview with Professor Miles Glendinning

On December 9, 2025, Professor Miles Glendinning will participate in the show at the Third Program of Croatian Television “Art”, edited and hosted by Anja Cerar, on the occasion of the first of ten guest public lectures organized as part of the Housing.Yu project – The Right to Housing: The Production of Space of Everyday Life in Yugoslavia (1945–1991).

The introductory part of the show was recorded in the exhibition “Vertical Life” (BLOK, Nova Baza) by artist Maja Marković and art historian Lidija Butković Mićin about Srednjaci in Zagreb, whose trademark is the residential skyscrapers on Braće Domany Street.

The show will be available through the online platform of Croatian Television (HRTi).

The lecture by Prof. Miles Glendinning was announced by Lidija Butković Mićin, the main organizer of the invited lecture and researcher on the Housing.Yu project, in the show “Always First – Culture” of the First Program of Croatian Radio on Tuesday, December 2, 2025.
